Are you struggling with depression and anxiety? You might be going through  a transition such as finding a new job, going back to school, moving to a new community or ending a relationship. If this sounds like you, I would love to help you work through these challenges. I also love supporting my teen and adult clients on academic issues, self-esteem and behavior problems/making behavioral changes.

I have also been trained in Brainspotting. Brainspotting is a somatic-experiential therapy that helps individuals process unresolved trauma held in body.  I incorporate Brainspotting in my trauma informed services to help individuals heal from childhood trauma or ACE's (adverse childhood events such as neglect or abuse) as well as abusive relationships in adulthood.

In addition to depression and anxiety, I am skilled at working with international students and immigrants. I can help you to work through the challenges of adjusting to a new environment and culture such as building new relationships, issues with family, working through the immigration process, and loneliness.
